These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bd bajj ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing all access to and use of the bd bajj website, mobile-browser interface, and any associated services offered at bd-bajj.com.

By accessing the bd bajj platform in any capacity — including browsing the site, creating a player account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any promotion — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the bd bajj platform. Your continued use of the platform at any time following the publication of updated Terms shall constitute your unconditional acceptance of those updates.

bd bajj reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time and without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication to the platform. Access to and use of the bd bajj platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during their use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. bd bajj enforces a strict 18+ policy with zero exceptions. Underage gambling is illegal and harmful, and bd bajj takes its obligations in this area extremely seriously.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, and not as an agent, representative, or proxy for any other person or entity.
• You are not a current employee, director, contractor, or close family member of a bd bajj employee, in relation to gambling activity on the platform.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from bd bajj or had an account closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are of sound mind and are not using the platform under any form of coercion or undue influence.

Any player found to be under 18 years of age will have their account permanently closed immediately upon discovery. Any funds deposited by an underage player will be refunded to the original payment source after deduction of any bonus funds received. bd bajj will not pay out winnings to any player whose account was active while they were under the age of 18.

To access the full range of services offered by bd bajj — including sports betting, live casino, slots, fishing games, and card games — you must register a player account. One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on the bd bajj platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Duplicate accounts will be closed without notice, and any associated funds or winnings may be voided.

Account Security Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. bd bajj will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep this information secure. You must:

• Choose a strong, unique password that you do not use on other platforms.
• Never share your login credentials with any other person.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared devices.
• Notify bd bajj support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

Accurate Information Requirement

All information provided during registration and during the KYC verification process must be truthful and accurate. bd bajj reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time to verify the identity, age, or address of any player. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account restriction or closure.

bd bajj supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods tailored to the Bangladeshi market. Supported payment methods currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. Payment method availability may change from time to time; the current list of supported methods is always displayed in the account cashier section.

Deposits

All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — including deposits made using a payment account belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are generally credited to your bd bajj account balance within a few minutes of successful processing, depending on the payment provider.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where possible. This anti-money laundering control is in place to protect all players and the integrity of the platform. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawal requests will not be processed to a different payment method than the one used for the matching deposit, except in cases where the original method is no longer available.
• Any active bonus funds subject to a wagering requirement must be settled before the associated deposit amount can be withdrawn, in accordance with the specific bonus terms.
• bd bajj reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal request above a specified threshold.

Currency

All transactions on bd bajj are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The ৳ symbol is used throughout the platform to denote amounts in Taka. bd bajj does not accept cryptocurrency payments at this time.

bd bajj offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players from time to time. These may include welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, cricket betting refunds, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and Victory Day.

The following general terms apply to all bonuses and promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific offer terms:

• All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements that must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in full in the individual bonus terms at the time of the offer.
• Bonuses can only be claimed by players who are eligible under these Terms and whose accounts are in good standing at the time of the claim.
• Only one bonus may be active on your account at any time, unless the specific promotion explicitly permits the stacking of offers.
• bd bajj reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated to affected players via the email address on their account record.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using automated betting software to meet wagering requirements, or engaging in patterns of play designed to exploit promotional terms — will result in cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
• Bonuses are for entertainment purposes only and do not constitute guaranteed financial value.

By using the bd bajj platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, honest, and respectful manner at all times. The following categories of conduct are strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

Fraudulent Activity

• Providing false, misleading, or stolen personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorised payment methods to make deposits.
• Attempting to exploit system errors, software bugs, or technical glitches for financial gain. Any winnings obtained as a result of a technical error are void and must be returned.
• Engaging in any form of payment fraud, including chargeback abuse.

Collusion & Match Manipulation

• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including live casino games.
• Placing bets on sporting events that you know or suspect to have been fixed or manipulated.
• Communicating with other players to share hole cards, game states, or inside information during live play.

Automated & Unauthorised Software

• Using bots, scripts, automated betting software, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human mechanism to interact with the platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the platform's software or underlying systems.

Prohibited Communications

• Using abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing language toward bd bajj staff, agents, or other players via any communication channel.
• Posting spam, unsolicited commercial communications, or malicious links through any platform feature that permits player communication.

bd bajj reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Circumstances in which account action may be taken include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime.
• Underage gambling — confirmed or strongly suspected.
• Account inactivity: accounts that have not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of 12 months or more may be classified as dormant and subject to an administrative review.
• Player-initiated self-exclusion request submitted through our Responsible Gaming tools.

Player-Initiated Account Closure

You may request the closure of your bd bajj account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, bd bajj will process any pending withdrawals of legitimate funds to the verified payment method on record before closing the account. Closure requests linked to problem gambling concerns are treated as priority self-exclusion requests and will be actioned immediately.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bd bajj, its directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, and technology partners shall not be liable for any of the following:

• Indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profits, loss of data, or any financial loss arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• Service interruptions, including but not limited to scheduled maintenance, unplanned downtime, network failures, or third-party service provider outages that prevent access to the platform.
• Technical errors that result in bets being placed at incorrect odds, game results being displayed inaccurately, or account balances temporarily showing incorrect figures. bd bajj reserves the right to void any transactions affected by such errors.
• Losses arising from unauthorised account access that resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party financial institutions, mobile money operators, or banking partners.

bd bajj's total aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with these Terms, however arising, shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct communication with bd bajj support will be subject to the dispute resolution process described in the platform's full legal documentation.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
